Church St Records

Since the other day I have become rather obsessed with what I imagine to be "the cult of Church Street Records".
So much so that I'm currently trying to see how much scope a project on it would have. It's not that dissimilar to what I've already done, although I know that when I have this level of fascination with a topic, it rarely lasts for long.



You can have this for now. Unfinished of course, God knows if I ever will. I'm not the greatest at vector illustration but at least it doesn't have many curves.

Foolin'

I realised that in comparison to every other blog mine seems a little shallow. Everyone else I know writes about their life to some extent. Who wants to read about my life though?
I can dress it up all I like but I have the same boring lifestyle as every other student I know and whilst sporadically spouting semi-intellectual quips on popular culture might make me think I seem intellectual,  I'm not. I don't read books, I know little about politics, history, literature, philosiphy or any of those other deep subjects.
I'm just another self absorbed art student go-nowhere. And I like it.

All the kids are into formspring these days. It's great, I love all the negative opinions people give me behind the guise of anonymity. Believe the hype, because I do.
The thing that made me laugh the most is whoever said I will "regret all this" in a few years. Yeah, cos in ten years time I'm going to be desperately worried about the shit I did in this regulation university bedroom.
Apart from that, yes I am a disgusting, self deluded, meow-using twat who sleeps with pricks. I have a carefully maintained public image, just like Cameron and all publicity is good publicity.

On a side note, I did that shitty illustration up there. I miss the days when I thought I'd make it in graphic design. Peace.
